Please take note of our appointment and cancelation policies prior to booking your appointment.
APPOINTMENT POLICIES:
All online reservations must leave a credit card deposit for your appointment.
All appointment services that are one hour or more will need to leave a deposit (amount depending on the service).
WHAT TO EXPECT:
You will receive a phone call, email and/or text from us informing you of your appointment details upon booking with us as well as an appointment reminder a few days prior to your appointment.
CANCELED APPOINTMENTS:
Canceled appointments made 48 hours or more - deposits will be used towards your next service.
Canceled appointments made 24 hours or less - 50% of service will be charged.
Canceled appointments made 2 hours or less - FULL CHARGE of the service (discretionary).
WHAT TO EXPECT:
You will receive a phone call, email and/or text from us informing you of your no-show or cancellation resulting in a charge.
You will be charged a cancellation fee (if applicable).
